Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov met with participants of the internship “Federal Practice” – heads of regional executive bodies in the field of industry and trade, among whom is the acting head of the Department of Industry and Energy of the administration of the Tomsk region Anastasia Shevchenko.
Internship in the Ministry of Education of Russia took place from 15 to 19 May. During the educational program, participants were advised on all available support measures for regional industry, exchanged best practices and experiences, and discussed issues of concern.
”Not the first year Ministry of Industry and Trade conducts “Federal Practice” in Moscow at the walls of the specialized agency for new and newly appointed heads of regional agencies. Such a format of interaction allows us to address topical and complex issues. I note that the internship is not only educational. We have designed the program so that you can get to know my deputies, all the directors of the departments personally, exchange contacts and communicate with us effectively. This is needed first and foremost for regional issues that require federal intervention, and also for us to be able to see even local problems. It is through you that we receive the most up-to-date information, which allows us to quickly make decisions to ensure effective implementation of industrial policy in the country , – said Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov.
Regional ministers have developed a plan of action during the practice – road maps aimed at developing industrial capacity of their subjects. This is a kind of clear algorithm for further action to realize the region’s potential. The final day of the internship was dedicated to protecting individual projects. Assessment and constructive criticism of these projects were given not only by experts of the Ministry of Industry of Russia, but also representatives of the Association of clusters and technoparks. The ROIV leaders were also able to comment on all projects presented by their colleagues, draw the speaker’s attention to weaknesses or, conversely, highlight good solutions and integrate experiences with their region. Following the presentation and discussion of their projects with experts, participants received a certificate of qualification.
