Terms of participation

Registration fee

Compulsory payment for every registered participant includes

  • catalogue entry in both Russian and English (not more than 500 characters per language);
  • one copy of the exhibition catalogue;
  • accreditation of participant’s representatives in an amount of 3 badges for every 6 sq. m of rented exhibition space;
  • participation in all events of the exhibition (except for events that require special invitation);
  • electronic visitors registration;
  • expenses for the general advertising campaign;
  • information package with all information materials;
  • vehicle pass during the mounting / dismantling of the exhibition;
  • 2 invitation cards to the official banquet (in case reserved exhibition space exceeds 20 sq. m – 3 invitation cards);
  • participant’s profile in the list of participants on the official web-site of the exhibition;
  • registration in the on-line business matchmaking system.

Exhibition space rental

  • Indoor unequipped exhibition space. he cost includes rental of exhibition area inside the pavilion, cleaning of the passageways and public accommodations, general lightning in the pavilion, fire safety and general security of the exposition.

Attention!

Companies renting indoor unequipped exhibition space and commending construction of their exhibition booth to the external company–builder are responsible for informing the external company–builder about the requirement for compulsory technical accreditation carried out by ExpoForum-Design Ltd.   • Indoor equipped exhibition space.The cost includes rental of unequipped exhibition space inside the pavilion, mounting and dismantling of exhibition equipment, wall elements around the perimeter of the exhibition stand, carpeting, and frieze panel.

Inscription on the frieze panel, exhibition equipment, connection to electric power supply sources, lighting and other electrical devices, daily cleaning of the stand are not included in the cost of indoor equipped exhibition space and could be ordered and paid separately.

  • Outdoor exhibition space. The cost includes rental of unequipped exhibition space of the parking area outside the pavilion and opposite to the entrance to the hall of the convention and exhibition centre “ExpoForum”, overall cleaning of the exhibition area and waste removal, fire safety and general security of the exposition.

Minimum size of the linear exhibition booth – 6 sq. m

Minimum depth of the exhibition booth – 2 m

Additional fees for booth location (percent from the cost of indoor unequipped exhibition space)

  • corner type (2 opened sides, not less than 9 sq.m) + 10%
  • peninsular type (3 opened sides, not less than 18 sq.m) + 15%
  • island type (4 opened sides, not less than 36 sq.m) + 20%

Distant participation

Includes:

  • entry in the official catalogue (500 signs in Russian and English);
  • publication of one b/w logo of the company near the information in the official catalogue;
  • participant’s profile in the list of participants on the official web-site of the exhibition;
  • distribution of the company’s advertising materials on the information stands of Forum organizing committee (directly at the exhibition);
  • 1 copy of the exhibition catalogue.

To take part in the exhibition please fill out the application form. The application form should be signed by the Director General and Chief Accountant of the company, stamped and sent to the Organizing Committee by e-mail or fax.

Please note!

EF-International Ltd. offers a simplified way to participate in the exhibition – by accepting the Public Offer of EF-International Ltd. “Acceptance” or confirmation of exhibitor’s consent to take part in the exhibition on the terms and conditions specified in the Offer, in accordance with paragraph 3 article 428 RF CC, is exhibitor’s payment for ordered exhibition space and/or services. Acceptance of the Public Offer is tantamount to conclusion of an Agreement on the terms and conditions specified in the Offer.

Exhibitors renting indoor unequipped exhibition space and commending construction of their exhibition booth to the third-party company are responsible for informing the external company–builder about the requirement for compulsory technical accreditation carried out by ExpoForum-Design Ltd. Participation in the business program
  • Speaking at the conference. All participants of the exhibition have an opportunity to make a presentation at one of the events of the business program of the Forum. Representatives of other companies can become speakers at the conference after confirming the topic of their presentation with the organizing committee on the Forum and payment of the registration fee.
  • Organizing an event. Exhibitors and other companies have an opportunity to hold their own event within the framework of the business program of the Forum. The organizers of the event should contact the organizing committee of the Forum, confirm the subject and the format of the event, availability of vacant conference rooms and make the payment for the rental of the conference room and equipment.
